Universal Laws: Karma

Have you ever wondered why some people are born in beds of roses and others in misery? Is it because life is unfair? Is it all just coincidence? The ancient books of universal culture show just the opposite. They explain how Creation is governed by Universal Laws, such as the law of Karma. In other words, chance does not exist, Causality does.

What is the law of Karma?

The Cosmos is governed by great Universal Laws and one of them is the Law of Karma. Human beings possess free will and therefore we can do whatever we want. However, every action has a consequence. That is why it is said "He who sows lightning, reaps storms".

The law of Karma, then, far from being a law of revenge or punishment, is simply a law of action and consequence. There is no cause without effect and no effect without cause. Every cause becomes an effect and every effect becomes a cause.

That is why when one comes into the world one brings one's own destiny. If in the past existence we mistreated, now we are mistreated, if in the past existence we betrayed, now we are betrayed and if in the past existence we abandoned, now we are abandoned.

"The law of action and consequence governs the world of work.of our various existences. And each life is the result of the previous one.

Fully understand the basis and modus operandi of the K law.The weapon is indispensable to guide the ship of our life in a positive and uplifting way..."

In simple words we will say that every act in our life, good or bad, has a consequence. For example: if we wrong someone today, at some point, the law of compensation will make someone wrong us. But also, if today we help someone or share our bread with someone in need. At some point that action will come back to us and we will be helped. Or when we need it, someone will share with us the bread. The latter is called Dharma. In other words, the consequence of a positive action.

Can Karma be modified?

The Universal Laws. Representation of the Law of Karma in ancient Egypt.
Unfortunately, today's society has fallen into ignorance of the universal laws that govern creation. And that is why it misses the opportunity to use these cosmic laws to its advantage. However, thanks to the teachings left to us by the great sages of humanity, we are able to study them today.

In this case, the first thing is to know that a person's destiny and situation can be changed by concrete actions. That is to say that what we need, we have to give: if we need health, let us visit the sick. If we need housing, let us help those who are homeless. If we need money, let us help those who need it most.

"Karma is a law of compensation, not of revenge. There are those who confuse this cosmic law with determinism and even fatalism, believing that everything that happens to man in life is inexorably determined beforehand. It is true that man's actions are determined by heredity, education and environment. But it is also true that man has free will and can modify his actions: educate his character, form superior habits, combat weaknesses, strengthen virtues, etc.".

The Universal Laws: For Reflection...

Human justice is subjective, as it is dispensed by imperfect people. And therefore, as we know, it can make mistakes. Cosmic justice, on the other hand, is objective, its rulings are mathematical and precise. That is why she is depicted as a woman with blindfolds on her eyes and a scale in her hands. However, as we have seen, there is also mercy, for those who are willing to pay their debts. But it is also necessary to understand the causes of the reality in which we find ourselves. In order to do so, we must ask ourselves:

What do I long for? Or what would I have wanted for my existence? Perhaps we long for love, for someone to love us. But have we given love, are we giving it now?

Perhaps we would have wanted to be born into a home full of care and beauty. But is that what we give to our children? Do we strive for beauty and goodness for our fellow human beings?

We suffer from people's neglect, from criticism, from the mistreatment of others. But we... Have we never criticised? Have we never mistreated anyone?

If we want to change the state we are in, we need to be honest with ourselves, to examine ourselves. And eliminate the problem by eliminating its cause. We need to realise that we often claim what we do not give. It is time to change that, to change the cause, so that the effect is changed.
