What is celebrated at Christmas and is this holiday exclusive to Western culture?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0A brief exploration through the history of mankind shows that there have always been attempts to find explanations about the universe and the cosmos. The birth of Christ or Christmas, for example, is one of the most amazing mysteries concerning our existence. That is why this event has been recounted by man in different cultures around the world, long before Jesus of Nazareth came to earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solar Myth<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The story of the Nativity or birth of Christ is known as the Solar Myth<\/a> . Thus the hero of this story has been presented in all times as a God-Man and his life unfolds and unfolds according to the movement of the Sun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During Holy Week the phenomenon occurs in which Light and Darkness are balanced, they have the same duration both in the day and in the night. And it is at that moment that the death of Christ occurs. But from the resurrection of the Lord, the phenomenon occurs that the days begin to be longer than the nights, with light triumphing over darkness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all ages there lived Masters who assimilated the universal infinite Christ principle. Thus in Egypt Hermes was the Christ, in Mexico the Christ was Quetzalcoatl and in sacred India it was Krishna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why anyone is astonished when they make a comparative study of religions. For we could quote the Cosmic Christ in thousands of archaic books and ancient traditions going back thousands of years before Jesus. Christ esotericism is the Solar religion of all ages and centuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The secret doctrine of the Saviour of the World was taught among the mysteries of the Knights Templar, among the mysteries of the Aztecs, Mayas, Incas, and Toltecs. It was also taught in the mysteries of Eleusis, of Rome, Mithras, Carthage, Tyre, as well as in the Celtic, Phoenician, Egyptian, Druid, and all the early Christian sects....<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Birth of the True Man<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Those who do not know the Hermetic wisdom, who have never made a study of Cosmogenesis or Gnostic Anthropology, are ignorant of the wisdom of archaic times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the time has come for us to go through a great revaluation of principles. It is time to lift the veil of mystery. For the Christ is not an individual, but an impersonal cosmic universal principle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The great Jesus of Nazareth totally assimilated the CHRIST Principle and in fact became a God-Man. He was a true man in the fullest sense of the word, for he succeeded in assimilating absolutely the Universal and Cosmic Christ Principle. He is the most exalted being that ever walked the face of the earth; He is the Saviour of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modern humanity has made the mistake of separating Christmas, the birth of the Christ Jesus, from all his predecessors who, like him, became Christified. However, it is a mistake to believe that the Christ was exclusively that great Teacher, and this is detrimental to humanity today. The Christ is a force and can express Himself through anyone who is properly prepared through the path of intimate self-revolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
